1. Mission

To become the world’s most valuable DAO designing and manufacturing state of the art homes in blockchain smart neighborhoods.

Along with partners in real estate development, ag-tech, renewable energy and DeFi, we will build a state-of-the-art neighborhood to showcase what is possible as a blockchain earth3.0 community.

THREAD is the Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) designing and building sustainable green-tech homes and NFT Bit-Smart Neighborhoods.  

Our goal is to design affordable net-zero homes and neighborhoods in our own metaverse collaboration app - a private metaverse dedicated to a global community of innovators. After the engineering design stage in our metaverse, the real estate development team will construct our first pilot neighborhood.

2. Vision

THREAD’s entire purpose is to revolutionize the business of living.

Our blockchain smart neighborhood is intended to be the world’s greatest example of smart, healthy sustainable living.  An intelligent community of bit-smart we-fi neighbors that care about how we live better today, while creating a better future for tomorrow.

Our community is helping improve the real world by exploring and developing a circular-economy focused on affordable, high-tech homes, in healthy, green, sustainable neighborhoods.


3. Introduction

THREAD has launched a community token on Binance Smart Chain to raise early seed money from token transaction fees.  The next stage is to develop and mint NFT’s that offer buyers access to a metaverse space where we will collaborate to design our pilot neighborhood model. 

We plan on utilizing the Tokenomics model and initial NFT sales to fund a land purchase treasury in a TBD location. 

After we acquire the property for our first development, we will create a path to private SEC registered STO (Security Token Offering) for the NFT holders.  STO owners will benefit from a real asset-backed stable token that yields a fixed income backed by income production assets acquired, developed and managed by the THREAD community.  

Everything in THREAD will benefit from circular TOKEnomics models.  The THREAD.MONEY TOKEN, NFT and STO will be linked and add value to each other. A portion of NFT and STO volume will execute ongoing buybacks throughout the system.  While the TOKEN’S primary purpose is operational and marketing, a portion of asset purchase power will undoubtedly aid in marketing NFT and managing STO stability.

As we acquire and build more income producing neighborhoods our value and offerings will only continue to grow.


4. Profit From Purpose

THREAD opens doors for business opportunists to innovate the housing space. 

We don’t have to blast off to mars to fix civilization.  If we design and build a reasonable model of healthy optimized house and home, consumer demand will follow - just like with electric cars. 

With big opportunities in the challenges like removing toxins from living spaces, crafting affordable deluxe passive homes, and removing inefficiencies in the housing construction industry, THREAD has an even bigger potential future value than EV manufacturing.

THREAD is driven by the physical world. Each transaction contributes to auto-liquidity pools used to develop state-of-the-art, income yielding sustainable neighborhoods. As THREAD volume grows, so does the asset portfolio of real world sustainable value.

Beyond returns for investors, THREAD will improve communities by providing decentralized employment, housing, and educational opportunities.

5. TOKEN+ NFT+ STO+ ROADMAP

Our roadmap is a path to building millions of passive, green, affordable, smart homes.  How? With a new approach to collaborative design, R&D, funding, neighborhood development and more.



Stages 1-6 - 2022-2024

1. - Community, Brand, Token Development - *m (milestone) = 1,000+ holders/$2M+ MCAP
2. - Community Membership NFT - *m = 10,000 owners of the community NFT
3. - Metaverse Neighborhood Development - *m = VR 3d Neighborhood Developed
4. - Property Acquisition - *m = Acreage Acquisition and Ground Breaking
5. - NFT Property Development - *m = 300-500 homes, a K-12 academy and light commercial

6. CENTRALIZED PHASE

Initialized with the vision that THREAD is for the people of Earth. a DAO that brings great value to life by improving a fundamental building block of our civilization - neighborhoods.

Our current status isn’t optimal.  In fact, it's the opposite of the safety, surety and security of the whole decentralization effort.  The path to fully DAO registration and operations is key to a multigenerational entity that can serve a global housing crisis for decades to come. 

Initialization is not the same as centralization and our organization being physically linked to real world development requires stewardship well beyond founders or initial partners and investors. This being the fact, there will always be a need to compensate humans for doing tasks along the way. 

Unless something is already algorithmically pre-determined in our smart contracts, our DAO community will be the guiding vote to create or delete tasks or approve compensation.

Once all the important pieces are in place, ownership of the protocol will be completely transferred to a DAO controlled by all of the token holders in the community. Even though the protocol is not currently controlled by the community, THREAD's products are always non-custodial, meaning only the investor has control over their funds.



7. THREAD.MONEY TOKEN

THREAD has DEPLOYED the THREAD.MONEY cryptocurrency token to secure early investors, partnerships and to entice early community members to support us.

THREAD.MONEY token was developed as a concept in mid-year 2021 and deployed on Feb 22nd, 2022, on Binance Smart Chain (BNB Chain, BNB BEP-20) and is currently available for trade on the DEX (Decentralized Exchange), Pancakeswap, where buyers and traders can swap WBNB (Wrapped BNB) for THREAD.MONEY.

The fee structure incorporates rewards, buybacks, additional liquidity, asset purchasing pool and operational support. The overall strategy also includes an anti-whale and day trader mechanism to bring more long-term price stability.

8. NFTs

THREAD is intended to be the most useful and productive NFT community ever conceived.  Our goal is to be the global leader in daily-life-utility.

Thread NFTs literally unlock the doors to our future.  Thread's initial NFT is a membership to a very special community of people that care about sustainability for our future generations.  

Initial NFT minting will raise awareness, community and funds for our model neighborhood development.  10,000 THREAD NFTs will be minted for public sale in Q3 22. 

Unveiling of NFTs & official announcements of whitelisting, pre-sale or public sale will always and ONLY happen in our community Discord server before any social media.




9. DAO DEVELOPMENT

THREAD WAS ALWAYS INTENDED TO BE A GRASSROOTS, TRANSPARENT, FULLY GLOBAL COMMUNITY.

DAO structure is an important part of our community.  It’s a borderless and trustless way for our members to pool money, vote and actualize our investment thesis.

Our DAO phase will start in parallel with our NFT offering, hardening our mission, vision and development strategies after initial goals and core values are established as a community.

The DAO registration and structure will serve to protect and sustain Thread for generations to come.


10. AR/MR Metaverse
DesiGN Environment

META-DESIGNED FOR EARTH - THREAD community has a vision to be the worlds most productive DAO. Our Metaverse development will be a Mixed Reality tool for our brilliant minds to go to work on fixing the housing industry.

THREAD will use mixed reality (MR) along with augmented reality (AR) within a Unity Engine developed virtual space to combine creativity with project management and enhanced workflow strategies.  

The initial metaverse app will be an AR 3D projection of THREAD’s pilot neighborhood design.

The Mixed Reality design will include 3D Model neighborhoods and virtual spaces for community innovation.




11. Assets acquisition

Early assets are more than revenue streams, they're R&D opportunities.

To test and develop blockchain neighborhood hardware technologies and DeFi protocols, THREAD may support the DAO efforts by rapidly prototyping blockchain technologies deemed useful for our pilot neighborhood, in pre-existing multi-unit properties we may choose to acquire.

Beyond waiting for neighborhoods and rental income units to be developed from the ground up, THREAD may immediately acquire rental units, land, businesses, licenses, or other assets deemed necessary and valuable to our mission and vision.




12. assets DEVELOPMENT

The business of building Thread Bit-Smart Neighborhood #1

THREAD Neighborhood assets will consist of housing, rental properties, and commercial spaces for retail, restaurants and offices. Land area required will be 3-500 acres, 50% to be allocated to low-tax conservation status to offset carbon footprint and provide green spaces for residents. All permanent structures will be made of (ICF) Insulated Concrete Forms with a goal of Net-Zero Carbon after construction is complete.

Thread pilot neighborhood will consist of approx. 160 homes, 300 apartments and 30 retail, office, & restaurant properties. The neighborhood will run entirely on renewable energy and create a surplus GDP that may be used to subsidize costs of other utilities or family living costs.

Only community NFT holders, residents and renters may purchase and hold the THREAD STOs.  We prefer the regulated path of an S.E.C. registered Security Token Offering (STO) to protect our investor community from unnecessary risk exposure and to eliminate public market volatility.
